Progress Update - 17th March to 23rd March

During this week, our team discussed various ideas about the solution we would implement on a final version of our project.

The main concern was how would the sensors send their signal to a server, so that we could have the informartion about the availability of the parking slots. 

On a first instance, we thought about each sensor sending its own signal (via wi-fi) to the server. However, the power spent during this process would have a huge impact on the sensor battery, therefore it wouldn't last a great amount of time and would need to be changed (the battery).

Then, we thought that about grouping the sensors where in each group they will repeat the signal between each one of them and only one of them would need to send the signal of every sensor in that group. The only concern is that the "main" sensor would, again, spend more power. Therefore, we thougt about using a battery that would last longer in that sensor. 

So we opted for the second option due to its advantages.
